Real Madrid vs Betis Prediction & Betting Tips - LaLiga
by Daniel Ngulu | in LaLiga Predictions
Real Madrid will have their final game in La Liga, at home to Real Betis, before heading out to the UEFA Champions League final where they are supposed to face Liverpool. Going into this game, Real Madrid have already been confirmed champions and have 85 points, at the top of the La Liga table. Real Betis on the other hand are fifth with 64 points. Real Madrid are coming from a 1-1 draw with Cadiz, their third game after they were confirmed champions. They have managed just one win in those three matches, and going into the final game Carlo Ancelotti is definitely going to rest players ahead of the trip to Paris for the final. Real Madrid have seven wins in the last 10 La Liga matches; they’ve lost to Atletico Madrid and Barcelona only in that period. In their last five matches they have two clean sheets and failed to score in one, while they have 14 goals in five matches.
Real Betis have picked up well since their loss to Barcelona; they’ve scored five goals in two matches, and with clean sheets. A run of four winless matches messed them up a bit but Betis are back on track. They’ve already won the Copa del Rey and a fifth-place finish would mean a lot. Betis’ chance of finishing fifth is in their destiny; they just need a win here. In the last five league matches, Betis have two straight wins and have failed to score in two. Four of Real Betis’ last five away matches have posted clean sheets and one thing they’ll be banking on, is Real Madrid fielding a weakened team in preparation for the Champions League final. They are unbeaten in the last four visits to Real Madrid but are winless in the last three meetings with Real Madrid.

Our Real Madrid vs Betis Prediction
Real Madrid are preparing for the Champions League final and there’s a high likelihood they will rest key players. It means Betis will face a weakened side, which works well in their quest to finish in fifth place. Betis haven’t lost at Madrid in their last four visits and they can dream of extending this, owing to their run at the Bernabeu. Betis have something to play for here, and we will back them to win this.
