Real Madrid face Atletico Madrid but rather than the pair of rivals facing each other in Spain, they are in the USA. This is the latest game in the 2019 International Champions Cup and neither side looks like winning the trophy this season. Real are ninth of the 12 teams with two points from their two games, while Atletico have the same number of points but from one match. They both trail leaders Arsenal by five points. Real Madrid began their campaign with a 3-1 defeat by Bayern Munich. Their only goal was a 84th minute consolation goal when 3-0 down. That defeat was followed by a 2-2 draw with Arsenal but they won the penalty shoot-out. Gareth Bale scored to perhaps put a smile on his bosses face but then missed his penalty to put himself back in his bad books. Madrid fought hard to get the draw after trailing 2-0 after 24 minutes. Marco Asensio scored the equalizer but also suffered a serious knee injury that may have already ended his season. 

Atletico Madrid have only played one game so far in the International Champions Cup. They had a disappointing goalless draw with Mexican side Guadalajara who had lost their previous two games, including a 3-0 loss to Benfica. Atletico won the penalty shoot-out to earn two points from the game. They have two games remaining and after this match, take on Juventus in the final fixture of this tournament. Atletico will need five points from their final two games to have any chance of winning the cup. Real can't win this competition, so go for Atletico to get the win.
