Rangers play host to Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund in this second leg tie in the Europa League round of 32. The hosts will take a 4-2 advantage into the second leg having beaten their German opponents away from home in the first leg. They have an exceptional record at home winning their last nine matches. Their last home defeat was in the Scottish League Cup losing to Hibernian in November. Rangers will need to continue with their brilliant home defensive record against Dortmund who are among the highest scorers in Europe. Only once since the 2009/10 season has a team won the away leg by 2 or more goals and not qualified for the next round. Rangers need just a single goal to become the first side since Monaco in the 2016/17 season to score 5 or more goals against Dortmund in a European Knockout tie.
