QPR have started to show improvement and are now 22nd and only three points from safety. They host Norwich City who are ninth in the Championship and in contention for a promotion play-off place. QPR have only won seven of their 30 league games this season but come into this match in good form. The last three league fixtures have produced seven points and boosting their chances of avoiding relegation to League One. They have had a home win over Millwall and last week an away victory at Blackburn Rovers. Sandwiched inbetween those games was a 1-1 home draw with Huddersfield, needing a 95th minute goal to rescue a point. Before this improved run of form they had gone seven league games without a win. They do need to improve a home record that has seen only three out of 15 Championship games won and eight games lost.

Norwich City are still in with a good chance of making the play-offs. They are only a point behind sixth place but have played a game more. Three of their last four league fixtures have been won with the most recent a 2-1 home win over Coventry City. That was their ninth home league game of the season but just four have been won on their travels with eight games lost. There have been plenty of goals though with 55 scored in 15 games 30 have been conceded though and only bottom-of-the-table Rotherham United have let in more on the road. Only one of their last five away league games has been won with them failing to score in three of the last four. We recommend a double chance bet on QPR to win or draw this game.
