There are big challenges ahead for the USA in the next month or so. They are hosting the Copa America tournament in June and have been drawn in the same group as Colombia, Costa Rica (who did so well in the last World Cup) and Paraguay. Before that begins they have some warm-up games starting with this match against Puerto Rico. USA have won three of their four games this year, the other being a surprise 2-0 loss to Guatemala in their World Cup qualifying group but they got their revenge with a 4-0 home win. Qualification for the next round isn't yet secured but that's a worry for September not now. Puerto Rico have lost two of their last three games and in their last match lost at home to Guyana. Canada won here last year 3-0 and the USA should have few problems in recording a confidence boosting win.
