French giants PSG have undoubtedly made their biggest signing ever, bringing to their fold Lionel Messi and this is bound to give them the best tonic going to their Ligue 1 game at home to Strasbourg. PSG had a hard fought win over Troyes in their opening game of the season and they will be eyeing another one, especially now that there’s a buzz following Lionel Messi’s arrival. The Parisians have one loss and three wins in the last five matches, and have failed to score in just one. They’ve scored two goals in three of their last five matches and the three matches have ended in over 2.5 goals. In two of the last three matches, they have trailed but avoided defeat; the same wasn’t the case against Lille in the Super Cup, as they trailed and lost.

Strasbourg finished 40 points below PSG last season, only two points above the relegation playoff spot.
