PSG continue their bid to win every competition they've entered when they take on Saint-Etienne in the Coupe de France final at the Stade de France on Friday night. This will be the first competitive domestic match that either team has played since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent cancellation of the Ligue 1 season. The table at the time of the cancellation was the final table and this was good news for both PSG and Saint-Etienne. For PSG, it meant a third successive title. There were 12 rounds of games still to play, but the title was PSG's to lose, given their 12-point lead. They lost last year's final but PSG won the previous four so their pedigree in this competition is unmistakable. Saint-Etienne have won the Coupe de France six times but the last occasion was 1977. PSG have won five of the last six meetings with Saint-Etienne, three of the last four being by a margin of at least four goals. Saint-Etienne had the third-worst defensive record in Ligue 1 and we expect that to show against the likes of Mbappe and Neymar. We suggest backing PSG to win and over 3.5 goals.
