PSG’s second loss in three Ligue 1 matches left them with a slim lead at the top and they will be hoping to return to winning ways when they host Stade Reims. PSG go into the game with 47 points at the Ligue 1 summit while Reims are 11th with 25 points. PSG warmed up for this game with a 7-0 win over Pays de Cassel in the Coupe de France after their loss to Rennes in their last league game. Reims was the first team to stop PSG from scoring this season, in their 0-0 draw at home in the first leg. The champions have since failed to score in two of their league matches this season, the most recent being their last league game, a 1-0 loss to Rennes. It has been great at home though; they come into this game with seven straight home wins in Ligue 1 and are unbeaten in their last 31 home matches in. Ligue 1.

Reims are unbeaten in their last 13 matches coming into this one. However, most of these have been draws – seven of them, across all competitions. They have done well defensively – in their last four matches they haven’t conceded a goal. In their last 12 matches they have actually conceded four goals only. Ahead of this match they drew 0-0 with Nice and have scored more than a goal in just one of their last seven matches in Ligue 1. Away from home, they have two wins only in the last 10 league matches. Six of the 10 matches have produced draws and only two of them have had Reims scoring more than a goal.
