PSG play their first home game in this Champions League group and can't afford any slip-ups after losing their opening fixture 3-2 at Liverpool. They remain on top form in Ligue 1 winning 3-0 at Nice on Saturday to make it eight wins in a row and lead the table by nine points. However, they are playing catch-up in this group after that defeat at Anfield but with three of their remaining five group fixtures being at home, they should still comfortably qualify. Their last 28 home Champions League games have only seen them lose twice against Real Madrid and Barcelona and Red Star Belgrade aren't quite at that level.

Red Star are also dominating their domestic league with nine wins and a draw from ten games giving them an eight-point lead at the top of the Serbian league. That doesn't necessarily bring a great deal of success in European football. They began their campaign with a goaless home draw with Napoli and could have done with a win in that game because it's unlikely they will be leaving Paris with anything from this match. Over 90 minutes they have gone five Champions League games without a win. PSG have no major injury worries and can get the win in this game leading at both half and full time.
