Portugal vs Norway Prediction & Betting Tips - International Friendlies
by | in Football Predictions
Portugal are on their way to Euro 2016 but are having a nervous time at present with Cristiano Ronaldo's injury problems. He's not here this weekend for this home friendly against Norway as he's in Switzerland with Real Madrid for the Champions League final. Without Ronaldo it's not that easy to bet on Portugal so that's why I haven't gone for a win-draw-win bet here. Home form has been patchy too with losses to France and Bulgaria in the past year. Seven of their last nine games have had under 2.5 goals scored in them. Norway come into this game having failed to qualify for the European Championships losing out in the play-offs to Hungary. Recent form has seen them lose just two of their last ten internationals, away to Italy and Hungary. In terms of goals being scored, eight of their last ten games have seen under 2.5 goals being scored in them. I think a low-scoring game is likely here, especially with Ronaldo absent so a bet on under 2.5 goals being scored is my tip here.
