Nottingham Forest face West Ham on Saturday afternoon with both teams very much in need of an improvement in form after a run of poor results of late. Nottingham Forest were 3-2 losers at home to Newcastle United last weekend, despite scoring twice from their only three shots on target. Fans at the City Ground have not seen their team win in the Premier League since a 2-1 win over Manchester United at the end of December and they have drawn one and lost three of their games since. Forest have won just one of their last five home games, losing the other four and it has turned what was once a respectable home record earlier on this season, into one that ranks 16th out of the 20 teams in the Premier League.

West Ham boss David Moyes is feeling the heat after his team lost their last two games 3-0 at Bournemouth and then a 6-0 home thrashing by Arsenal last weekend, which saw Hammers fans leaving in their thousands before half time. The Hammers have endured poor runs in the past and Moyes has guided them through it, but he will know the importance of stopping the rot with a win on the road against a team that is likely to be equally devoid of confidence. The Hammers have a decent away record, picking up 17 points on the road, the 8th best in the Premier League, but with just one win in the last six, no wins in the last five there main solace here is that they have won three of their last six games on the road, losing only two.
