Nottingham Forest will welcome Bournemouth on Saturday in the Premier League looking to end their current slump. The hosts come into this match while 17th in the standings and trail Bournemouth in 14th place by five points. This will be Forest’s first match since Steve Cooper was relieved of his duties as manager earlier this week. Cooper, who led Forest back to the Premier League in 2022, presided over just three wins this season. Nuno Espirito Santo has been named as his replacement and takes over with the club just five points above the relegation zone. Nottingham haven’t won in six matches and have lost five times in this stretch. A 2-0 defeat at home to Tottenham last time out proved the final straw for the club’s hierarchy in making a managerial change.
