Norwich City have four points from their last three league games but are still 19th in the table. They host Sheffield United who lost at home to Newcastle United on Thursday evening and are in ninth place. Ten positions separate these two clubs but United have only won one more game than City. These are the two sides that filled the automatic promotion places in the Championship last season, but it's United who look most likely to survive this season. Norwich had earned four points in two games before the midweek defeat at Southampton. That was their tenth league defeat of the season and they are four points from safety. With their next two games being against Leicester and Wolves, City have a tough fixture list to contend with. Home form has shown some success though with wins over Newcastle and Manchester City and a draw with Arsenal last weekend. The best news they have had all week is the return to goalscoring form of Teemu Pukki. He had gone since mid-September without a goal but has scored in both of the last two matches.

Sheffield United dropped to ninth after the midweek games but are still only four points behind the Europa League place. However, they are also only five above the drop zone, so a poor run of form has to be avoided. Thursday saw them lose 2-0 at home to Newcastle United and that made it four league matches without a win. The three before the Newcastle loss had all ended in draws. The Blades are still undefeated away from home in the Premier League but have one win and six draws with the last four all ending that way. Norwich can be a handful at home and with Pukki in form again, the suggested wager is a double chance bet on them to win or draw this match.
