Norwich vs Plymouth Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

Norwich City face Plymouth Argyle with the home side on an excellent run of form in front of their own fans. Since losing 3-1 to Blackburn Rovers in October, the Canaries have won 9 and drawn 2 of their next 11 league games at Carrow Road. They have won all their last six at home and last time at Carrow Road thrashed Rotherham 5-0 and followed that up before the International Break with a 3-0 win on the road against Stoke City. David Wagner's team now lie 6th in the table, in the final playoff spot, albeit having played a game more than Hull City, Coventry City and Preston who are 3, 4 and 5 points behind Norwich respectively. They will also have revenge on their mind after having lost 6-2 to Plymouth Argyle at Home Park earlier on in the season. 

Plymouth Argyle's form since the early days of December has been very poor. Since the 9th Dec, they have won just four games, two at home, two on the road, they have drawn seven others but have lost eight matches, six of which have come in the last nine games. That poor form has seen the Pilgrims drop down the table to the point where they now lie 18th, three places outside the relegation zone, but just two points ahead of the team in 22nd and three ahead of Sheffield Wednesday in 23rd. One positive is that their goal difference is markedly better than the teams around them, but they badly need to pick up form after losing 3 of the last 4 games, scoring just one goal in the process. Last time out they lost 1-0 at home to Preston North End, their fourth home loss in a row.
