Monaco have had a season to forget and a fair amount of it has been spent in the bottom three. Their second managerial change of the season produced improved form but then they went into another slump. They had gone seven league games without a win before last weekend's vital home game against Amiens. A goal in each half saw them to a 2-0 win and with both Caen and Dijon losing they are now three points above the bottom three with one match remaining. Their goal difference is seven better than that of Caen but with their rivals hosting Bordeaux who have lost their last five league games, Monaco can't afford to lose this game at Nice.
Their opponents are eighth in the table but have little to play for. They have won just one of their last six league games and that was a home victory over relegated Guingamp. Only one of their last 13 home league games has ended in defeat Trouble is Nice have only won one of their last 12 away games. They drew at Monaco earlier in the season and the tip here is for a double chance bet on Monaco to win or draw this match.
