Despite a brave effort in recent weeks, Newcastle saw their time in the Premier League come to an end after Sunderland beat Everton on Wednesday. Lots of questions to be answered now at Newcastle. Will Rafael Benitez stay at the club and how many of their players will get the chop in the summer?  The main reason Newcastle have been relegated is their appalling away record (though somehow amidst their catalogue of disasters they won at Spurs and drew at Old Trafford) and an inability to beat Aston Villa!  Poor investment and choice of players has been another reason. Now they have one final home game against a Spurs side still to confirm their runners-up spot behind Leicester. Spurs just need a point here due to the fact their goal difference is so much better than Arsenal's. The loss to Southampton last week ended a run of eight league games without defeat. Over the last ten league games they have the best away record in the division with 21 points out of 30 and have two wins and two draws in their last four on the road. It'll be interesting to see how Newcastle react but with Spurs after the runners up spot, or as their fans call it 'finishing ahead of Arsenal' I see them getting the win here.
