Few teams blow hot and cold more than Newcastle United. Their last three results read 1-6. 6-2 and 0-3. Heaven knows that they'll do this weekend. After that 6-1 defeat at Manchester City the pressure was really growing on manager Steve McLaren, then they went and beat a woeful Norwich City side 6-2 at home. Last weekend it was the North East Derby at Sunderland and they managed to lose 3-0. So the pressure is back on McLaren and his team and they start this game one from bottom in the Premier League. They've conceded 22 goals so far and you can see why I'm suggesting a bet on both teams to score in this match. Stoke City made plenty of changes during the summer bringing in a whole host of new players. It's taken them a while to settle down but three straight league wins saw them climbing the table until it all went wrong last weekend. They lost 2-0 at home to Watford but then went and knocked Chelsea out of the Capital One Cup. Stoke have won their last two away league games and against sides down the bottom of the table they generally do well. It's difficult to predict the exact result of a game when both sides are inconsistent but betting on both teams to score should provide a positive result.
