Two sides that are struggling for form and Newcastle really can't afford to lose this game. No league wins this season and just one point from five games. Could it get any worse? Well it already has because their top goalie Tim Krul is out for the rest of the season after being injured while on international duty. It might be too early to see Steve McLaren get the chop but they need to start getting some points on the board and are already five points from safety. Their last two games have produced 11 goals but the trouble is only three have been scored by Newcastle. They did show some improved form with a 2-2 home draw against Chelsea but followed that with a 6-1 defeat at Manchester City after taking an early lead.  Norwich City are in 13th but have gone three league games without a win.
