Newcastle are in the relegation zone and I can see little chance of them getting out of it this weekend. Their form all season has been disappointing and manager Steve McLaren is battling it out with Garry Monk at Swansea to be the next manager to leave a Premier League club. Newcastle have only won two league games this season and they were against mighty Norwich and Bournemouth. So far they have conceded 30 goals and have conceded at least two goals in 10 of their 14 league matches. They've let in eight goals in their last two league games and looked atrocious in their 5-1 defeat at Crystal Palace last weekend. Now they take on a Liverpool side that are in top form under Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool have won four games in a row and the goals, particularly in away games are beginning to flow. They put six past Southampton, hit four at Man City and three at Chelsea. Just how are Newcastle going to cope with Liverpool this week if they play anything like they have this season.
