New England will play host to Inter Miami in the early hours of Sunday morning in an Eastern Conference matchup in Major League Soccer. It has been a poor start to the season for the Revolution, a single win in their first eight games with their four points the worst in the East, just one point above San Jose for the lowest record in the entire league. It has been a struggle to find goals so far, netting just five times in their first eight games. Carles Gil has three of those tallies to lead the team with his younger brother Nacho scoring one of the other two. They have conceded less than Miami but the lack of goalscoring is holding them back this season.

Miami are at the opposite end of the Eastern Conference, leading the way with 18 points. They have done that despite having poor defensive numbers, no team in the playoffs in either conference have conceded more than Miami has. They have managed to set themselves apart on the goalscoring front with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez leading the line with 13 goals between them at this early stage of the season. To add to their embarrassment of riches Miami recently signed Paraguayan international Matias Rojas from Corinthians who will add to their already numerous attacking options. They have shipped 13 in six away games in all competitions with both teams scoring in five of those so although they are the hot favourites against a toothless team, seeing them concede wouldn't be a surprise.
