France has a commanding lead in Euro qualifying group B and travels to second placed Netherlands on Thursday. The French side have won all five of their qualifiers and are yet to concede a goal. They lead the Dutch team by six points but from a game more. In third place are Greece, also six points behind France but from the same number of games. With a game in Gibraltar to still be played, qualification for the finals looks certain. They began this group with a dominating 4-0 home win over the Netherlands with three goals scored in the first 21 minutes. Since then, the French team have beaten Ireland, Gibraltar and Greece, all with clean sheets. They lost an away friendly against Germany in their most recent fixture. Since a loss in Turkey four years ago, France are unbeaten in 12 European quaifiers, winning 11 of them.

The Netherlands have that game in hand on the others in this group. Because of their Nations League form they are already guaranteed a place in the play-offs but won't want to go down that route. It's gone well in this group since that disastrous opening match against France. Wins have come against Gibraltar, Greece and Ireland. The latter wasn't easy though for the Oranje as they had to come from 1-0 down to win 2-1. After this game they go to Greece and that will play a big part in deciding who automatically qualifies for the finals.
