The two newest teams in the MLS face each other for the first time. However, they aren't faring well in their debut seasons with Nashville one from bottom of the Eastern Conference and visitors Inter Miami rock bottom. Both sides have only recorded one league win this season but it's Inter Miami who have the most recent victory. They had a 2-1 home win over Orlando City in their last game, with Julian Carranza scoring twice. That victory ended a run of five straight defeats in the league (including the MLS is Back Tournament group stages). They are yet to get a point away from home with four losses. Three goals have been scored though with three consecutive 2-1 losses. Will that win over Orlando (runners-up in the recent tournament) give them the confidence boost they need?

Nashville have four points from their six games, one above their opponents. Their only league win came when winning 1-0 away at FC Dallas. It took an 86th minute goal to get them that win.  The goal came from substitute David Accam, who'd only been on the pitch for four minutes. They must wish they could play Dallas every week as their only other league point was also earned against them. Their last two games have both been lost with defeats at Atlanta and Orlando. This is only their second home fixture, the other being a 2-1 loss to Atlanta back in March. A bet on both teams scoring looks the one to go for here.
