Napoli finished second in Serie A last season leading early on but eventually ending up nine points behind Juventus. This season has seen them start with a 2-2 draw at Pescara. Not a bad result in the end as they were 2-0 down at half-time before two Mertens goals got them back level. They had 22 goal attempts in that game but only four were on target. That away form has got to improve if they are to win the league this season. They had the best home record in Serie A last season with sixteen wins, three draws and not a single defeat. Milan finished seventh in the league last season just missing out on a place in Europe. They might have qualified but for just one win in their last five league games. Away from home they only have five wins in their last 15 league games and it's hard to see them getting anything from this trip to home specialists Napoli. Milan started their season off with a 3-2 win at home to Torino thanks to a Carlos Bacca hat-trick. But for a last minute penalty miss by Torino it'd have been a draw. I go for a Napoli home win here.
