Group C is one of the most competitive in the Europa League this season; only two points separate the top side from the bottom one. The top side, Leicester City, on eight points will be traveling to Italy to face third placed Napoli, who have seven points. After a fine start to the season, hosts Napoli have encountered some headwinds going to this game and they will hope to do better than in their 3-2 loss to Atalanta. A top finish is well within reach if they can win here but just one win in six matches doesn’t look good on the Italians. They have conceded twice or more in four of the last five matches and each of the five matches has produced over 2.5 goals. The positive for Napoli is that they’ve scored in each of their last five matches, on four occasions two goals or more.

Leicester City are also struggling; they haven’t had a very good season and ahead of this game, they suffered yet another loss, falling 2-1 to Aston Villa. One thing about Leicester this season is that they have been very poor defensively. Their loss to Villa marked the fourth time in five matches that they’ve conceded two or more goals. In that run of five matches they’ve failed to score in just one while all the five matches have produced over 2.5 goals. Leicester have scored two or more in three of their last four matches and will be eyeing the same here.
