Gameweek 22 in the Primeira Liga will come to an end with Moreirense taking on Sporting Lisbon on Monday evening. The hosts are currently in sixth place in the league standings, while the visitors are second. Moreirense are enjoying an incredible return to the top flight of Portuguese football. They are on 35 points after 21 matches and still in with a shout of European qualification, five points off fourth-placed Braga. The Green and Whites secured their 10th win of the season last weekend, beating bottom club Chaves 1-0 at home, marking their third win in their last five games. That result took the Lions to a fourth successive win in all competitions. In league terms, they have won seven in a row, scoring a whopping 30 goals in that time while conceding just three. Away from home, Sporting are riding a three-match winning streak and scored two or more goals in each of those matches. The visitors are in sublime form at the moment and are unsurprisingly massively favoured according to the latest bookmaker odds.
