Second placed Juventus can go top of Serie A if winning at Monza on Friday. The Old Lady trails Inter by two points and are 12 points clear of Monza who are ninth. Juventus have won nine of their 13 games in Serie A this season with only one defeat. That came at Sassuolo in the second half of September. Since that sole league loss of the season, Juve have gone eight Serie A games without defeat, winning six of them. Their last game saw a run of five straight league wins end with a home draw against leaders Inter, despite taking a first half lead. On the road this season, Juventus have won four of their six league games with only four goals conceded. Two of the last three away league games have been won with clean sheets kept in the last couple at Milan and Fiorentina.

Monza have only won one of their last four Serie A games. The last two have both ended in draws, making it six in total in the league this season. Their most recent Serie A game saw them draw 1-1 at Cagliari. Just as in the 1-1 home draw with Torino in the game before that, they came from behind to rescue a point. Monza have won four league games this season but only one of their last five at home with four ending level. Eight of their last nine home league fixtures have had under 2.5 goals scored in the game. We go for Juventus to win this but with under 2.5 goals in the game.
