Two of Germany's biggest teams face off this weekend when Borussia Monchengladbach host RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga. Leipzig travel to Borussia Park as league leaders after taking 13 points from their opening five games. Gladbach are sixth in the table with eight points from five games. The Foals have recovered from a defeat to Borussia Dortmund on the opening day of the season to go on a six-game unbeaten run in all competitions. Four of those games were draws and came as a result of Gladbach's struggle to hold onto leads. In all four matches, Gladbach were pegged back by their opponents, the midweek draw against Real Madrid exemplifying this frustrating trait, the Spanish side scoring twice after the 87th minute. The overall impression it left on Champions League viewers was an impressive run, however, the same of which cannot be said about Leipzig. Julian Nagelsmann saw his side take a heavy beating at the hands of Manchester United, the Red Devils running riot in the second half of a 5-0 win. 

The statistics suggest that Leipzig could bounce back on Saturday. They won't fear the trip after winning on the previous four at Gladbach. The Old Trafford debacle aside, Leipzig are consummate travellers of late. They won five of their last six away league matches, also holding the lead at half-time in those games. Yet the midweek action uncovered Leipzig weaknesses, particularly their inability to deal with quick transitions. If Marcus Thuram takes notes from his United namesake Rashford, Gladbach could halt Leipzig's positive run. The hosts are unbeaten in five home matches in the Bundesliga. Back Gladbach draw no bet.
