MK Dons have had a difficult season after their promotion from League One last season.  When finishing second last year they scored 101 goals but so far in the Championship this season they're the lowest scorers with just 25 in 20 games. That's the lowest amount by any team in the division but their opponents Bristol City have only managed 27, No wonder I'm going for under 2.5 goals in this game as my tip. MK Dons are 20th in the table, five points clear of the bottom three and above Bristol City on goal difference. Last week they went to Derby and got a 1-0 win against the promotion chasing side and before that they had draws against Cardiff and second placed Middlesbrough. Low scoring games are their norm though with six of their last eight league games having under 2.5 goals scored in them and one of those that had more than 2.5 goals scored was a 5-0 thrashing by promotion chasing Burnley. Bristol City came up with MK Dons last year and hit 96 league goals last season but just 27 in this higher division. They have shown big improvement lately though with ten points from their last five league games getting them out of the bottom three. Five of their last six league and cup games have seen under 2.5 goals scored. Their last three away league games have produced just three goals and they've failed to score in seven of their last nine away league games. A bet on under 2.5 goals looks a good one here.
