Middlesbrough continue to struggle in their first season back in the Premier League. Midweek saw them lose 3-0 at home to Liverpool and that was their second straight loss without a goal being scored. They have beaten sides like Hull City and Bournemouth at home this season so a win over a struggling Swansea City side is definitely within their grasp. Swansea boss Bill Bradley can't wait for January so he can get some new players into his ailing team. For the second December in a row they are in the bottom three and lost 3-1 to West Brom in midweek. It was home form that kept them in the Premier League last season and they might need that again this term. Swansea have conceded 15 goals in their last five away games and eight in the last two. I don't see Middlesbrough scoring a hatful here but I do think they are capable of getting the three points and open up a bit of a gap between them and the bottom three.
