With three minutes to go Middlesbrough were 2-0 down at Millwall on Saturday. It took them a 97th minute goal to get an equaliser so that's got to give them some kind of confidence boost after an otherwise disappointing start to the season. Boro have been selling players during the summer and manager Tony Pulis says his team is six down on what they had last season when losing in the play-off semi-final. It could be a long hard season for them unless he uses the transfer cash to bolster his depleted squad.
It wasn't a great start to the season for Sheffield United who were in the promotion shake-up last season until a poor second half took them down to 10th. They started their season with a home game against relegated Swansea City and led 1-0 with 19 minutes to go but still ended up losing 2-1. United have only won two of their last nine away league games and start a run of three away matches in four fixtures. They lost 11 away league games last season and this isn't going to be an easy game for them. Not easy to predict this game but a bet on over 2.5 goals could be a winner with both teams showing defensive frailities in their opening fixture.
