Middlesbrough vs Hull City Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

A point for Middlesbrough will take them back into the automatic promotion spots. Hull can also get into the top two if they can win this match. Both sides have been leading the table for most of the season but had a few problems in recent weeks. Middlesbrough lost at relegation threatened Charlton last weekend and that's their third loss in the last four league games with no goals in the last two. Big signing Jordan Rhodes hasn't got going yet and has only scored once since his move in January. Those three defeats were all away from home but Boro are unbeaten in their last three home league games. Hull City are down to fourth in the table and only have one win in their last eight games in all competitions. In the league they have just seven points from their last six games and that's not really going to get them promotion is it?  They are also struggling for goals with just three in the last eight games Away from home they have two wins and two defeats and not many goals being scored with just five in those matches. Neither side are firing on all cylinders and could easily have to settle for a play-off place if they're not careful. I go for under 2.5 goals to be scored here.
