The season started well for Middlesbrough as they made their return to the Premier League. They managed to earn five points from their first three games but the last six have seen them get just two. Still no win at home and the only victory they have had was against bottom of the table Sunderland. They did manage to get a goalless draw at Arsenal last weekend though so could they be improving? That's two games without a goal and only once in that win at Sunderland have they scored twice in a game. Big signing Alvaro Negredo hasn't scored since the opening day of the season and prolific goalscorer Jordan Rhodes hasn't found the back of the net all season. Bournemouth struggled early on this season but have picked up well in recent weeks with victories over Everton and hapless Hull. They start the weekend in 12th place with three wins, three draws, three defeats, 12 scored and 12 conceded. Six of those goals came in the home win over Hull so they aren't scoring consistently. Of the goals conceded, seven came in two games against the Manchester sides. A low-scoring game is on the cards here I reckon so go for under 2.5 goals in the game.
