Mexico vs Venezuela Prediction & Betting Tips - Copa America
by | in Copa America Predictions
Both Mexico and Venezuela are already through to the last eight. Mexico were expected to do well, Venezuela definitely weren't. Both have had wins over Uruguay and Jamaica with the Mexicans in particular looking extremely impressive. So far they have scored five goals and conceded just the one. They left it late to get the goals that disposed of Uruguay but followed that up with a comfortable 2-0 win over the outclassed Jamaicans. Venezuela are along with Panama, the surprise side of this tournament so far. They are bottom of the South American World Cup qualifying group and destined already not to go to Russia. Then again if they repeat the form shown here in America, then perhaps they could yet turn it around despite only having one point from six games. All of which makes their narrow wins over Jamaica and Uruguay surprising. I think their good run will come to an end here though with the Mexicans looking one of the strongest sides in the tournament at present.
