With a top-two spot still up for grabs, Marseille will hope to make the best use of their match against the already-relegated Angers in Ligue 1 on Sunday. The hosts start this round in 3rd spot with a two-point gap to the second-placed Lens, while the visitors are bottom of the standings with 14 points. Marseille lost 2-1 to Lens in a big game last matchday that saw them lose the initiative in the top-two race.
