Manchester United lost yet another semi-final on Wednesday and now turn their attentions to the FA Cup. They host Watford who are sixth in the Championship and not in the best of form. United last won the FA Cup in 2006, their only victory in the past 14 years. They still have a good chance of winning the Premier League but are already out of both the Champions League and EFL Cup. Wednesday saw them lose 2-0 at home to Manchester City in the semi-final of the EFL Cup. That ended a run of seven league and cup matches since their Champions League defeat by RB Leipzig. It's not been an easy time for them at Old Trafford this season but they had gone six games without a loss since defeat by Arsenal. They obviously won't field anything like a full-strength side for this cup tie. They have a much stronger squad than their opponents and should have few problems getting past their opponents. Their last home defeat in the FA Cup was six years ago and only one goal has been conceded in their last seven home ties.

Watford were relegated from the Premier League last season and are battling hard to make a swift return. They are already on their second manager of the season and in the final promotion play-off position. The Hornets reached the final of this competition two years ago but lost to Tranmere Rovers (then in League One) last season. Current form has seen them win just one of their last four matches. On the road, Watford have been struggling this season with only two league wins and five away goals in the Championship. They are also likely to make changes to their line-up and the tip here is for a United win with them ahead at both half and full time.
