Manchester United are fifth in the Women's Super League and host Everton who are a place and three points above them. A win for United though will take them into fourth place in their debut season in this league. United have won four and lost four so far but it's their away form that is causing them the most problems. Three out of four have been lost on their travels but three out of four have been won at home. United lost their opening home game to Arsenal who are the defending champions and top of the league this season. Since that loss, United have won three home games in a row. They've beaten Liverpool, Reading (their only loss in their last five games) and Brighton scoring eight goals without reply. 

Everton are fourth but that's four points behind third place. They have won five and lost two in the league this season, a much better performance than last season. They hadn't even won a league game at this time last season. Of their seven league games this season, four have been played at home with three wins out of four. On their travels, they have won two and lost one. The defeat came at Reading, the two teams beaten were Liverpool and Birmingham who are two of the bottom three teams in the league with one win between them in 15 games and only four goals scored. United can get the home win here to move up the table.
