Manchester City vs Everton Prediction & Betting Tips - Carabao Cup
by | in Carabao Cup Predictions
Manchester City drew at West Ham on Saturday to take their unbeaten run to four games. The last match they lost was the first leg of this tie going down 2-1 at Goodison Park. That leaves them with a little bit to do here but their home form is highly impressive with six wins and a draw since their 4-1 loss to Liverpool. City often score goals for fun but the only draw in those seven games just happened to be a 0-0 draw with Everton on January 13. Everton have also played four games since that 2-1 home win over City. One game has been won but that was against League Two Dagenham & Redbridge at home. Two games have been drawn and then on Sunday they suffered a shock 2-1 home defeat by relegation threatened Swansea City. Everton have conceded five goals in their last two games. This is a fascinating tie and if Everton can keep the game tight and keep the score at 0-0 for a decent length of time, we could yet have an Everton v Liverpool final. City will play a strong team, Aguero has scored four goals in his last two games and if he keeps up that level of form then City can definitely win this game and do enough to qualify for the final.
