Manchester City vs Burnley Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Defending champions Manchester City top the table again but only on goal difference from Chelsea and Liverpool. They are probably still regretting allowing Mahrez to take that late penalty against Liverpool that if it'd been scored would have given them a two-point lead. City are unbeaten in their last five league and cup games since that home defeat by Lyon in the Champions League. Premier League form has seen them unbeaten in their last 14 and they have kept clean sheets in each of their last four league games. Their last home league defeat was by Manchester United last season and that's their only loss in the last 35 matches with at least two goals scored in seven of their last eight. They have enjoyed lots of success at home against Burnley in the past with nine goals scored in the last three and last lost at home to them in 1963.

Burnley had a terrible start to the season with a string of league defeats and an early exit from the Europa League. Two straight league wins have taken them from the relegation zone to 12th in the table. Those two wins came against Bournemouth and Cardiff  before being held to a draw by Huddersfield. This is a million times harder for Burnley who had gone eight away league games before that win at Cardiff. This looks booked for a home win and the tip is to go for City to be ahead at both half and full time.
