City won the Capital One Cup last weekend and should make it into the last eight of the Champions League but these are still worrying times for them. They start the weekend ten points behind Leicester City with a game in hand, it's not going to be a title win for Pellegrini before he leaves. The problem is though that City are only above Man Utd in fifth on goal difference. They have a game in hand but the two sides meet soon. Could the Blues miss out on the top four?  They have lost eight league games this season and that includes three straight league defeats. If they make that four in a row this weekend then they might call for Guardiola a bit early. They take on an Aston Villa side who just keep on getting terrible results and are eight points from safety and not even looking like getting eight points from the rest of the season. Villa have lost the last three league games and conceded 11 goals in the process and now they have to face Man City away followed by a home game against Spurs. Relegation really is just around the corner and City can take them a step further here. I go for a -1 handicap simply because they might leave some players out after a tough week of matches.
