It's starting to look bleak in LaLiga2 for Malaga who are 20th in the table. They are 10 points from safety and host 13th placed Leganes who are attempting to avoid a fourth straight league defeat. Malaga have only won five league games this season and have gone four without a win. The last two have both been drawn though with the most recent being a goalless home draw with Levante. They will have been pleased with the clean sheet as they had conceded in each of their previous six LaLiga2 matches. Home form has seen Malaga win four league games and that's compared to just one victory on the road. Only one of the last six at home has been won and they desperately need some wins if they wish to avoid relegation. Of the last 11 home league fixures, ten of them have had under 2.5 goals scored in them.

Leganes are seven points above the relegation zone but are not in good form at present. They have lost each of their last three league fixtures and even worse, they have failed to score in any of them. Their last league win was a 1-0 home victory over Sporting Gijon. That was in their first match of the new year but since then, they've gone six league games without a win. Away form has been poor this season with only two LaLiga2 wins on the road. They've gone eight without a win with just one goal in the last five. Go for under 2.5 goals to be scored in this match.
