Lyon are back to winning ways, in what will count as a perfect warmup for the visit of PSG this Sunday in Ligue 1. Placed sixth, Lyon trail PSG by 20 points going into this match. Read on for our prediction.
After seven matches without a win, Lyon have bounced back in style, with two straight wins and scoring eight times in the process. They beat Reims 4-0 at home then went to Montpellier and picked up a 4-1 victory.
Now back at home, they aim to stop a run of four straight losses against PSG. In the reverse fixture, Les Gones suffered a 3-1 defeat, but maintained a run of scoring in five straight matches against PSG.
PSG will be confident of extending their domination of this game. They are coming from a 7-0 win against Brest in the Champions League. That was their 19th unbeaten outing since that loss to Bayern Munich in November.
