Lyon welcomes Bordeaux to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais for this match in the French Ligue 1. The hosts are currently in 10th position with 46 points while the visitors are in 19th position with 26 points. Lyon come into this match on the back of a 3-0 loss to West Ham in the Europa League and will be focused on bouncing back from that defeat. They are undefeated in their last three league matches with two draws and a win. Lyon need a strong finish to the season as they are just five points out of the Europa League qualification places. They will need to win the majority of their seven league matches if they have any choice of a top six position. Lyon will be confident coming into this match as they have not lost to Bordeaux in the last seven matches with three wins and four draws.

Bordeaux are in the relegation zone but are just two points from safety. They seem to be gaining some form at the right time as they won their last match 3-1 against Metz to extend their unbeaten run to two matches. These two matches halted a nightmare run of three successive defeats and eight matches without a win.
