Life for the female players at Liverpool FC isn't quite as successful as it is for their male counterparts. They start the weekend bottom of the Women's Super League and host West Ham who are eighth in the table. Liverpool have only earned one point this season from eight league games. That was earned at home against Bristol City who are one from bottom and conceded 11 goals last weekend. Liverpool have lost seven out of eight league games with just one goal (against Bristol City) and ten conceded. The last four league games  have all been lost, though only five goals have been conceded. Home form has seen Liverpool play three times with both Everton and Reading beating them 1-0.

West Ham are eighth in the table with nine points from eight matches. Whereas eight Liverpool games have only seen 11 goals scored, there have been 29 in the eight matches played by West Ham. Last week saw them beat Manchester United 3-2 at home. They needed to make a major comeback to get those three points. West Ham trailed 2-1 with seven minutes to go before two goals from defender Katherina Baunach got them the win.  That's three goals in two games for the German who signed from Wolfsburg. West Ham's away form has seen them win at Brighton but lose the other two. They were against the top two in the table though. Go for West Ham to get the win in this match.
