Manuel Pellegrini may be leaving Manchester City at the end of the season but he can win another trophy this weekend. His side take on Liverpool in the final of the Capital One Cup at Wembley which should be a great game. It's been a strange few weeks for City with two home defeats in the Premier League and then they fielded a reserve side in the FA Cup and lost 5-1 to Chelsea. That result can be disregarded but not so their game on Wednesday. City went to Ukraine and beat Dynamo Kiev 3-1 to virtually seal a place in the quarter finals of the Champions League. If they can carry on like that then City are definitely favourites to lift the trophy on Sunday. Liverpool also had a good midweek getting the better of Augsburg 1-0 in the Europa League. That was only their second win in the last eight games, the other being the 6-0 thrashing of woeful Aston Villa.  Liverpool had a good win over City earlier in the season but in a one-off tie I think the experience that City have of winning trophies will be a key factor and they can win the Capital One Cup this season.
