Leicester City have won four of their nine league games, losing the other five. They come into this game having lost their last two league games, home to Everton and away at Arsenal on Monday, They have scored 15 goals this season but also conceded the same amount and only five teams in the Premier League have a worse defensive record despite the presence of two England internationals in defence. Home form has seen Leicester win two and lose two but they have a good run of fixtures coming up, so the next few games will shape their season.

The Hammers are down in 14th place with only seven points so far this season. It looked as if they had started to turn the corner with a home win over Manchester United but since then have lost to both Brighton and Tottenham and are only two points above the bottom three. Even worse they lost Yarmolenko to a long-term injury last weekend. After this game they take on Burnley and Huddersfield before facing Manchester City so a few points in late October/early November might be needed if they want to keep away from the bottom three. Three of their last four away league games have ended in defeat and it's seven in ten. A difficult game to predict considering the inconsistency of both teams. Go for over 2.5 goals in the game.
