Leicester vs SC Braga Prediction & Betting Tips - Europa League

Perfect records go on the line when Leicester City host SC Braga at the King Power Stadium in the Europa League on Thursday. The hosts are top of Group G after winning 3-0 at home against Zorya before collecting another three points after a 2-1 success at AEK Athens. Braga, second in the group, mirrored those results with a 3-0 home win over AEK Athens and a 2-1 away win in Zorya. Third in Liga NOS, Braga won their last six matches in all competitions. Leicester, second in the Premier League, have won their last four matches in all competitions, three of which were away from home. On their own patch, Leicester have encountered problems of late, losing three of their last four games. They welcome a Braga side who have won their last three away games in all competitions. The Portuguese side are far more experienced in European competition and have an away record which will command the respect of Brendan Rodgers. Braga have won six of their last eight away UEL fixtures. 

The only defeat in that away success sequence was on British soil, a 3-2 defeat to Rangers last season. Against English opposition, Braga have failed to win eight of their ten away games. The only experience against Portugues opposition that Leicester is the pair of encounters they had with Porto in their UCL campaign of 2016/17. Porto won their home game 5-0 but lost 1-0 away. Braga have scored at least two goals in six of their last seven UEL away matches. Leicester, who have failed to keep a clean sheet in four of their last five home games, should prepare to be tested.
