Leicester vs Leeds Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Leicester City are third in the Premier League and host Leeds United who are in 12th. City drew away at Everton on Wednesday evening, ending a run of five straight wins in all competitions. They go into the weekend only two points off the top of the table. Leaders Manchester City play Sheffield United the day before this game, so the gap is likely to widen (or will it?). Leicester are title challengers and that fear of their manager going to Chelsea has disappeared. Home form is key to them as it hasn't been the best this season. Four home league games have been lost but form has picked up in recent weeks. Seven points have been earned from three games against Manchester United, Chelsea and Southampton. They may be without Jamie Vardy but he hasn't been scoring that many of late anyway.  City have scored at least twice in four of their last five home league matches, more goals could be on the way here.

Leeds are down in 12th but a healthy 13 points above the relegation zone. Another season in the Premier League already looks guaranteed. Now all they need to do is learn how to be more consistent and cut down the number of goals they concede. Leeds ended 2020 with two league wins but have had a disappointing January, losing to Tottenham and Brighton as well as League Two Crawley in the FA Cup. They definitely needed the 2-1 win away at out-of-form Newcastle United on Tuesday evening. Away league form is a real mixed bag of results. Five games have been won but five games lost without a draw in sight. 21 away goals have been conceded, the worst record in the division. Up against an impressive Leicester side, another bad  defeat looks on the way. Go for a home win here.
