Newcastle go into the weekend three points clear at the top of the Championship and eight clear of third place. An immediate return to the Premier League is looking highly unlikely and away form has played a big part in their success. Last year they were beyond terrible away from home but this season have been on top form with six wins and a draw in their last seven after losing on the opening weekend at Fulham. This won't be easy though as they travel to in-form Leeds United. After going through a whole series of managers, Leeds have finally found in Gary Monk someone who can get them in the promotion race. They are sixth in the table and won their last three league games. Two of those wins were against Burton and Wolves and away at Norwich who have lost their last three league games.They have won four, drawn two and lost two at home and up against high-flying Newcastle a third home defeat looks likely.
