Non-League Kidderminster Harriers take on Championship team Reading in the third round of the FA Cup. The hosts are currently playing in the National League North and sit in fifth position with 31 points while the visitors are in 21st position in the Championship with 22 points. Kidderminster are in the playoff positions in their league and have been in very good recent form. They were on a 12 match unbeaten run until they were defeated in their last match against Boston United.
