Newly promoted Premier Soccer League side TS Galaxy has had a good start to life in the top flight and will have a big test when they tour Johannesburg to face giants Kaizer Chiefs. The two sides are separated by a point after the opening two rounds of matches in the PSL. Hosts Chiefs have three points and are placed eighth while sixth placed TS Galaxy have four points. It has not been a fine period for Chiefs the past few days; they are heading to this game on the back of a 3-0 thrashing by rivals Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 Cup. They suffered another 3-0 beating by Mamelodi Sundowns in Round 1 of the league, though they recovered to beat struggling Chippa United 1-0. Matters are not about to get easier for Chiefs who now have to contend with a transfer ban after the Court of Arbitration for Sports threw out their appeal. With three wins in their last 10 matches and the way they fluffed their chance of winning the league title last season, confidence is at an all-time low at the club. They have two clean sheets in the last 13 matches and have failed to score in half of their last eight matches. In the last 10 matches, they have been able to score more than a goal in just one game and six of the 10 games have ended in under 2.5 goals.
TS Galaxy will be hoping to add on the pressure Chiefs are feeling, and will be inspired by their 1-0 win in the only meeting between these two sides. In May 2019, the two met in the Nedbank Cup final and against all odds, Zakhele Lepasa won and scored a last minute penalty to win it in Durban. By then, Galaxy were not in the PSL, and in the shock win, they became the first lower division side to win the cup. Galaxy manager Dan Malesela will be looking to engineer another upset here and coming from a win over Amazulu, they will be inspired. The team opened its PSL campaign with a 1-1 draw with fellow newcomers TTM and the Amazulu win made it three straight undefeated matches, having won their final match in the second tier. Galaxy will however look to improve on their attack, having failed to score more than a goal in 13 of their last 15 matches. They have actually failed to score in six of their last 13 games.

With this trend, we bet this game will not have a lot of goals, and we will go with under 2.5 goals.
